Worst cake ever!

I got up early this morning because I said I’d make some cake for a coworker’s birthday. She and my boss are both celiacs so I bought some gluten-free flour. That package, and my package of vital wheat gluten flour (i.e. nothing BUT gluten) are both from Bob’s Red Mill, same size, same shape, both unopened. Guess which one I used? mmmmm, chocolate seitan.
