I made this tonight and it was alright… which is, in this case, a bad thing:
a) it took me a few hours to make; and
b) it makes a LOT. The biggest pot I own is full of it.
I worked my ass off to make several gallons of soup that’s…. just okay. I don’t know what I’m going to do with it all, I sure won’t be scarfing it down like it’s my job.
