I made some pasta yesterday that, unintentionally, came out tasting exactly like the Mango Forte at The Foundation.
- small diced onion
- some minced garlic
- can of coconut milk
- can of pineapple tidbits
- some broccoli florets
- chopped up sweet potato
- some rotini or other small pasta
- 1T curry powder
- some veg broth as needed

One of my boyfriend’s coworkers saw this on top of the bus shelter on his way to work:

He said he was 100% sure it was a dead baby kangaroo. Yes, a KANGAROO. Poor roo. And I guess we’ll never find out how it got there.
