I got some bling for my labret yesterday – albeit quite SMALL bling, but it’s very nice.
Booked my Christmas train tickets. It’s still over two months away but I’m excited! I spent half the afternoon already looking at Amtrak’s virtual train tours.
For Thanksgiving I’m going to James’ Auntie Cindy’s along with the rest of his family, as usual. She’s a vegetarian as well and always makes good food. I’m looking forward to that. Here’s a picture of me and James two Thanksgivings ago (our first!) at her house.
And I’m ALSO excited because Vancouver’s string of sunniness is lasting later into October than usual, and the weather network says it’ll continue next week as well. Looks like I won’t have to put my road bike away for the winter just yet!
Also, I bought a box of Turkish Delight last night. That alone is enough to merit excitement. I could have left the entry at that, and you could have inferred the rest.
