First from James:
James – Back to work!: <3 new elaine
Elaine – <3 new bike: aww
Elaine – <3 new bike: I’m not new
James – Back to work!: oh right
James – Back to work!: <3 existing elaine
And second from a kid (maybe 3-4 years old) in the bathroom stall next to me at White Rock beach whose mom was waiting outside the stall:
“Uhh mom… I got something to tell you.”
“What is it honey?”
“Umm…. I forgot.”
[pause]
“Oh yeah, I had two pees and one poo.”
[another pause]
“That’s nice.”
“But do you know why I’m taking so long?”
“Why’s that?”
“This poo is umm… it’s stuck, because my bum is littler than the poo, and umm… it’s stuck because it’s sideways.”
I nearly burst out laughing in my stall and emerged a minute later at the same time as another woman, also trying to contain her giggles. The mom looked really embarrassed and we assured her that it was really cute and funny.
