James and I are cool now. And by ‘cool’ I mean ‘alright’ because this weather does not qualify as ‘cool’ by any stretch of the imagination, unless your idea of a normal temperature is inside a shipping container in Qatar.
To make temperature matters worse, I am making split pea soup because I just felt like I wanted some, and didn’t take into account the fact that preparation time is about 3 hours of boiling. Whatever. It’ll be tasty.
But as I said, James and I are fine. I think that was our longest fight ever, it lasted almost a whole day. We’re short and intense like a midget at a circus.
