I’m almost done my Alien Illusion scarf. I got a big big ball of cotton to make dishcloths/facecloths from. And I’ve decided to knit a bag out of jeans. Obviously the bigger the jeans are, the more strips you can cut them into. So I went to Value Village, headed straight for the Fat Guy section and got 3 massive pairs for $4.25.
I’m also stuck in Langley by myself this weekend, James and I drove down to his dad’s house. His dad’s flying this weekend (Air Canada pilot) and James decided to go to Edmonton with him. His old roommate is out with his girlfriend. So I wandered downtown to get Mexican food and found that it was the Langley Jazz Festival, so I sat there knitting to lively music.
