This chili I’m having for lunch right now isn’t the hottest thing I’ve ever made (those damn enchiladas are still in first place… they were painful) but it’s gettin’ up there. You know how when you feel kinda hot all over, not just in your mouth? It’s making my nose run too. Take that, sinus congestion! Only problem is I used my sambal oelek chili paste, and now it tastes… asian-hot, not chili-hot. It’s weird. I won’t be doing that again.
