My bank account is missing $300. I was about to leave for the mall and went to the bank website to check my balance first. Couldn’t log in. Reset my password with the forgotten-password-security-questions. Debit memo for $300 on March 16th? wtf?
Called the phone banking thing. Couldn’t log in. Asked to speak to a representative. “Ah yes, the transfer. You didn’t phone to request a transfer on March 15th?” No. “It was transferred to a Kathy Murray, is that someone you know?” Again no.
So I’m waiting for the supervisory-type person to call back – she has to listen to my phone call and the one requesting the transfer (good thing they’re all logged, eh?)
There was also a $100 transfer scheduled for March 2007, I hadn’t set that one up either. Bizarre no? I am worried.
