I was going to add another bit about that Wink Cafe, James and I went back there yesterday night. I got the lemon cheesecake this time, and was going to order some chardonnay as well, but the lady said “Oh no, chardonnay won't go with that. I'll pour you something else.” So she got me a glass of sweet white, almost like a dessert wine, made with lychee. Outstanding. I really appreciate excellent service, where you can tell they really care about customers having a good experience.
